If you want to turn on the automatic speaking of incoming lines by NVDA, toggle this setting on with the NVDA-5 hotkey.

Other keystrokes are customizable from the input gestures dialog.

It also includes support for CMU (Spanish/Portuguese) and Vietnamese braille code standards. Translations to Indonesian, Spanish, and Vietnamese exist and other translations are in progress.
